12 MacPherson Avenue TH 1 - SUMMERHILL, TORONTO (2 Comments)

February 2011 - $3,995,000
June 2011 - $3,695,000
June 2012 - $3,495,000
September 2015 - $3,795,000
SOLD November 2015 - $3.59
April 2016 - $3,950,000
June 2016 - $3,749,000
I'm not sure if it ever sold again.
Two years later, another condo in this converted church is on the market.
It is a larger, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom condo with 3 parking spots at 12 MacPherson Avenue TH1. And as far as style goes, I am more into this one but this one is a little more 'churchy' which I am not so into.
I have never really understood the appeal of the church condo conversion, except for 510 College Street and 314 Palmerston Boulevard. Otherwise, I find the places with original chuch architecture like this to be a little creepy...
But I am sure that many people disagree with me.
Other than that, this place has a great kitchen...
With an impression main bedroom...
(Just saw that ceiling beam in the bathroom and I kind of like that).
And a beautiful staircase...
Overall, it is a very impressive condo if you are good with stairs.
Almost two years after the smaller condo in this building was listed at $3,749,000, this larger condo is now listed at...
$ 4,289,000.
Even though it has been on the market for more than a week and was blogTO Condo of the Week last week, I doubt it is going to sit for years like the other condo. And I think this will sell not to far off of ask.
