This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 19.92 x 120 foot lot a few block north of the Danforth and west of Coxwelll at 325 Milverton Boulevard in East York.
It is a house that used to look like this when it was listed in August 2017...
It has since been gutted and flipped and is back on the market.
As a flip, it's good. There seems to be a lot of wasted space between the dining room and the kitchen but for the most part, it's a good house.
It's bright, the floors are good. The master has an ensuite (though it is kind of small) and the basement is bright with another bathroom.
And it reminds me a lot of 2 others houses at 34 First Avenue in Riverside...
Both are flips done by the First Avenue Flipper and though this one has different art except for the cow print, the houses are all very similar.
I'm not sure what it was listed for in August. It looks like after the flip, it was listed for $1,350,000.
But my guess is they didn't get what they wanted at $1.35 so now they dropped it a lot hoping for a bidding war.
The new asking price for this house is...
$1,099,000.
