This isn't a big house but it is a really good house.
It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 17.75 x 95 foot lot at 576 Logan Avenue in Riverdale.
I find the floors are a little dark (and if you have light pets, that's a pain) but the house is bright so it works. The kitchen is done with lots of storage and there are nice cabinets in the living room that are being sold with the house.
The basement isn't fully finished but that storage is good for a house this size. And the backyard is large and bright.
This house is listed at $689,000.
It's selling fast and definitely over ask.
