AND IT WENT FOR - 36 Beaufort Road -BEACHES, TORONTO (4 Comments)

In April of this year, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 37 x 141.75 foot lot at 36 Beaufort Road in the Beaches.

It was a house that I had previously posted in 2017 when it was first listed after being built on a lot that looked like this…

It was a good house but it had been on the market for several weeks before I posted it. It was listed at $4,290,000. It sold a few months after I posted it for $3,890,000.

Two years later, in January of this year, it was back on the market for $4,779,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $4,649,000 in February then to $4,389,000 in March.

It has finally sold…

For $4,115,000.
