This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom laneway house on a 17.68 x 35.21 foot lot at 2 Miles Place in the Christie Pits neighbourhood in Toronto.
If it looks familiar, it is because I posted it years ago in 2013 when it had last sold. The asking price then was $829,000 and it sold for asking.
Other than the wine fridge, that I am not sure is including in the sale, and the shelves under the stairs, it doesn’t look like much has changed.
