A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 3 parking spots on a 24.51 x 84 foot lot at 4 Malvern Avenue just north of Kingston Road in the Upper Beaches in Toronto.
It was a house that had looked like this in May…
It hadn’t been completely renovated to the studs but there had been a ton of work done.
Overall, I thought it was a good reno but I would have preferred the wall of cupboards to be white instead of the wood. But while I was looking at that, I missed the frustrating layout of the appliances that was pointed out by a reader.
But if that didn’t bother you, this was a good house.
In May, it sold for $775,000.* After the reno, it was listed at $1,079,999.
