A month ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with a detached 2 car garage on a 25 x 110 foot lot at 633 Euclid Avenue in the Palmerston neighbourhood in Toronto.

And it was built by the same company that built the house at 41 Northcote Avenue…

It was a good renovation with an impressive kitchen with a 2 storey ceiling. And despite that taking up space from the second floor, this house was still 4 bedrooms (though the third floor rooms looked kind of small).

In March, it was listed at $999,000 and sold for $1,620,000.

After the full reno, the asking price was $2,998,000.
