It was a good renovation with an impressive kitchen with a 2 storey ceiling. And despite that taking up space from the second floor, this house was still 4 bedrooms (though the third floor rooms looked kind of small).
In March, it was listed at $999,000 and sold for $1,620,000.
After the full reno, the asking price was $2,998,000.
I thought maybe it was a little high and it turns out it was but not by much. After 2 weeks on the market, it sold 2 weeks ago for…
$2,850,000.
