This is a 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1200-1399 square foot condo townhouse with a 500 square foot rooftop terrace at 31 Florence Street in Little Portugal in Toronto.
It spread out over 5 floors so if you aren’t into that many stairs, it may not be for you.
But as far as condos go, this one is bright and versatile and shows really well as it is a designer’s own home. The only problem is the kitchen is really small. But considering it is within a 15 minute walk from all the restaurants in Roncesvalles, Parkdale, Queen West, and Dundas West, if you have the spare cash, you could just go out to eat.
It is part of a development called Brockton Commons that was built by Great Gulf and it was completed in 2018.
I am not sure what it sold for then but it is now on the market for $979,000 and maintenance fees of $444.76.
For a potential 3 bedroom with a 500 square foot terrace!?! That seems low. Is it because it is beside what looks like the Co-Op parking lot?
