There is no way this house isn’t sell over asking.

Three bathrooms for 5 bedrooms isn’t great, there is no parking, and I don’t get what this hole in the dining room ceiling is…

Beyond the house being great as is, it has a LOT of potential on a south facing back yard.

And the asking price is…

So, considering the semi down the street at 75 Marion Street with a larger kitchen but weird second floor layout sold for approximately $1.83 million in September…
