PRICE DROP - 232 Rose Park Drive - MOORE PARK, TORONTO (1 Comment)
In September, I posted this 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a detached garage and a parking pad on a 37.41 x 144.25 foot lot at 232 Rose Park Drive in Moore Park, Toronto.
It was a great family house with a big addition in the back that created a large kitchen/family room. Only problem is it took up a lot of the available back yard space. And some readers didn’t like that the mudroom had no separate entrance.
Other than that, it was a pretty great house.
The asking price was $4,800,000.
It looks like it never sold and the price has been dropped.

$4,495,000.
