This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 30 x 50.50 foot lot with one carport at 4 Lennox Street just south of Bloor and east of Bathurst.
It is a house that I last posted in January of 2015 when the listing said it was a “designer’s own house”.
I never found out who that designer was but, though I really liked the house, considering the lot size and the proximity to Central Tech High School...
I thought with an asking price of $1,749,000, it was going to be a tough sell.
It sold in 5 days for $1,950,000.
Well, it’s back on the market…
For $2,950,000.
That’s an approximate 10% annual increase. This should be interesting.
