PRICE DROP - 383 Pine Avenue - OLD OAKVILLE, OAKVILLE (2 Comments)
In April 2019, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 140.72 foot lot with an attached garage at 383 Pine Avenue in Old Oakville.
It was the second home of designer Christine Dovey that I had posted.
The first was the 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house down the street on a 50 x 140.5 foot lot with 1 garage parking spot and 3 other spots at 339 Pine Avenue…
And the interior that was all over Pinterest and featured in January 2013 issue of the Style at Home magazine…
Gave me a bit of a Wooderson vibe…
It was listed at $1,379,000. After a drop to $1,329,000, it eventually sold for $1,225,000.
She then renovated this house and while there is still a little Wooderson feel in this house…
There is also a bit of Don, Pink, and Mitch…
It was listed at $1,899,000.
A week or so later (maybe more), it was off the market. Turns out, according to her Instagram account, Dovey was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and was fighting it until recently.
And now this house is back on the market…
For $1,849,000.
