Years ago, I posted this 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms house on a 49.18 x 184.14 foot lot at 75 South Drive in Rosedale in Toronto.

Before I posted it, it had last been sold in 2010 when the house looked like this…

It was gutted and put back on the market in 2013 for $6,250,000. Some readers described it as ‘perfection’ but I thought the price might be a little high.

It sold a day later for $6,000,000.

It was back on the market a little over a year later for $6,495,000. I thought this art was, umm, interesting…

It never sold and it was on the market a few months later for $6,250,000 and then to $6,450,000 in the summer of 2015, then to $6,195,000 in the fall of 2015.

It never sold and it is now back on the market.

The asking price is now $7,695,000.
