In April, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo townhouse with a 1 car detached garage at 79 Eaton Avenue in the Danforth/Greektown neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a really well done condo with the same idea as the Green Couch Flippers who took a single dwelling lot and turned it into 2 or 3 multilevel condo units.

But this one was done by baukultar/ca, the same architects behind the single family house at 46 Herbert Avenue…

It was listed at $1,475,000 with $256/month condo fees.

It took a little over 2 weeks but it sold…
