AND IT WENT FOR - 202 Browning Avenue - GREEKTOWN, TORONTO

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a 2 car garage on an 18.5 x 126.33 foot lot at 202 Browning Avenue in Greektown in Toronto.

It was a good house with a large kitchen, lots of storage, updated bathrooms, a good basement, and it was bright, not to mention all the storage space in the garage.

Which is why I thought it was weird that it had been listed since March.

But it had sold last in 2014 for $950,000 and unless they renovated the basement, the only obvious changes were the front porch, possibly adding heat to the garage, and adding this Q*bert runner to the stairs…

The $1,699,000 asking price would be a little pricey as it would be an almost 10% annual compounded increase.

So, they must have done the basement (and maybe a few other things) because the day I posted it…
