This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20.25 x 83.58 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 44 Bertmount Avenue in Leslieville in Toronto.
It is a house that looked like this in 2017 when it was listed for $899,000…
It sold for $1,200,500.
It has since been completely renovated and, according to the listing, it is a designer’s own house. And it shows REALLY well.
The floors are great, the kitchen isn’t huge but functions well, the bathrooms are both new, and the basement has been redone with new floors.
Which is why I think they are hoping for a bidding war because there is now way this reno only cost $200,000.
The asking price for this house is $1,399,000. My guess is they are hoping for closer to $1.6…or more.
P.S. Anyone know the designer?
