AND IT WENT FOR - 90 Fuller Avenue - RONCESVALLES/PARKDALE, TORONTO
At the end of May, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 1 garage and 3 parking spots on a 30 x 109 foot lot at 90 Fuller Avenue in Roncesvalles/Parkdale in Toronto.
It was a house that used to look like this…
And was rebuilt by Philip DeBarros, founder of INTOR Construction in a ‘collaborative effort’ with his wife, designer and stylist Alanna Davey.
It was a bright and fun house with lots of colour in the design and great finishes throughout. And it had a HUGE tv in the basement…
Plus a gym in the back that could be turned into a party room…
The only things I did’t get were why the first floor mudroom and bathroom and the second floor laundry room took up so much space. And that there was no door to the third floor bedroom.
But it was a great house and I didn’t see it sitting for long.
Turns out it sat for 2 weeks but sold in the middle of June (I know it’s almost August but I am catching up on a few sales)…
For $2,800,000.
