108 Botfield Avenue - ISLINGTON -CITY CENTRE WEST, TORONTO
After a reader sent in this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 160 foot lot at 108 Botfield Avenue in the Islington neighbourhood in Etobicoke in Toronto (thank you!)…
And I looked at the photos, I thought there was something familiar about the windows, the cat walk, and the beams...
And then I read the description of the house and realized it was done by Ancerl Studio, the same people behind the houses at 116 Sorauren Avenue…
And 118 Sorauren Avenue…
That were full of beams.
Of the 3 houses, I like this one the most but I find the layout of the first floor a little weird…
The living room is set up as an office because it isn’t that big and the only living space is the family area. But if you look at the 3D tour, you see that the only way to get into the family area which is essentially the living room is through that one entryway on the left…
That’s not awesome for entertaining.
But if that doesn’t bother you, this is a great house.
It was initially listed last month for $3,399,000. As of yesterday, the price has been dropped…
To $3,199,000.
