In December, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with a 1 car garage and a parking spot on a 20 x 140 foot lot at 48 Alcina Avenue in Wychwood in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this in February 2017…

It was listed at $999,000 and sold for $1,350,000.

Since then, it was fully renovated and they did a good job. The finishes were all good, the floors were good, the kitchen had a lot of storage.

But, the kitchen was in the location that is normally the dining room.

If that didn’t bother you though, this was a good house.

It seems like it didn’t bother many people because this was listed at $1,599,000. It sold the day after I posted it…

For $1,735,000.
