At the beginning of December, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 13 x 36.90 foot lot at 120 Shaftesbury Avenue in Summerhill.
It was a house that I last posted 3 years ago when the listing photo looked like this…
It was listed at $1,198,000. I thought it would sell fast. It didn’t and had a price drop in May of 2018 to $1,180,000 when it finally sold for $1,155,001.
In December, it was back on the market for $1,385,000.
It didn’t sell and had a price drop by the end of the month to $1,359,000.
It sold 2 weeks later…
For $1,322,000.
