Two and half years ago, this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 39 x 110 foot lot at 764 Indian Road in West Bend in Toronto was on the market for $1,799,000. The house itself was fine but could have probably used some updating at some point.

It’s a lot of yard.
The house ended up selling for $1,710,000 and just under 2 months later, it was for lease for $4,000/month. It was for lease again in June but it seems like that didn’t pan out and half a year later, the house is back on the market for $1,849,000.
The thing is, it is for sale as a 19.6 x 110 foot lot.
But the lot with the driveway and no house is also for sale as a 19.6 x 110 foot lot…
For $1,499,000.
So, it looks they are looking to sell both for $3,348,000 which is $1,638,000 more than they paid for it.
If they succeed, they stand to make a LOT of money. And if it succeeds and was planned in September 2019 when this last sold as the person who sent this in suggested…
