They aren’t similar from the outside but this photo of this house…
Reminded me a lot of the Edith Avenue house…
So, different but still really similar.
The Edith house was listed at $1,699,000 in 2016 and sold for $1,650,000.
This house was listed in October for $2,790,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped a couple of days ago…
