When I saw the photos of this house and saw this paint colour…
I thought it was quite bold. But after I saw the before photos of this house from when it was listed a year ago…
I assumed they got the inspiration of that paint colour from the previous house bathroom…
And while it is a really good house now if (mostly) white walls and white oak floors are your thing (and you are prepared to do some work to the backyard)…
It’s kind of sad they didn’t use this mural for some inspiration in the new house as well…
When this house was listed last February, the asking price was $1,349,000 and it sold for $1,670,000.
After a full renovation, it is now on the market for $2,599,000.
Are those windows at the front on the third floor faux windows? Kind of a waste of south facing sun even with the skylight, not to mention it would probably have a pretty good view of the city.
