A little over a month ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 33 x 125 foot lot at 184 Westminster Avenue in Roncesvalles in Toronto.
It was a recently renovated house that used to look like this when it was listed in 2017…
I thought they did a good job of incorporating a new third floor to that weird roof line.
And while there were things I wouldn’t have chosen and some of the staging wasn’t my favourite, it was still a really good family home.
It was listed at $3,950,000.
It didn’t sell within the week but after 11 or so days…
It sold for $3,910,000.
