This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 34 x 100 foot lot at 261 Kingswood Road in the Beaches in Toronto.

It is a house that looked like this when it was lasted listed in 2010…

It was listed at $749,000 and sold for $725,000.

I assume this sold again privately because in 2019, this house was completely renovated and they did a really good job. According to the street view, the construction was done by Cole Contracting and the design was done by Saara Mortson of Mortson Interior Design.

And according to her website, one of the other houses she has done was the house at 166 Spruce Hill Road…

Which I initially incorrectly attributed the design of that house to ModernKind.

I really, really liked that house (despite not loving the kitchen appliance layout). And like that house, I really like this house…

While I like the kitchen layout in this house, I wish the family room area was by the fireplace instead of that bench and with perhaps a bar area where the couch is instead.

But otherwise, it is a really good house.

It is listed at $2,049,000.
