Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20.17 x 77 foot lot at 11 Muriel Avenue in Greektown off the Danforth in Toronto.

It was a house that last sold in 2014 for $658,000 and it was then renovated in 2016. They did a really good and the house showed really well.

It was listed at $1,098,000. I thought it was selling over ask for sure. And it did.
