A little over a week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 20 x 107 foot lot at 79 Wroxeter Avenue in the Blake-Jones neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that had come on the market after a quick flip and it had sold fast.

But did it? What has happened here?

When I posted this house, it had been on the market with an asking price for $1,500,000 and it had sold for $1,849,000. Or did I get that mixed up because now it is back on the market…

For $1,299,000.
