If you are new to the site, Green Couch is not an actual name of a company. It is the name I called the developers of these ‘densification’ homes after noticing that they put this couch into their projects…

A little over 4 years later, this house was back on the market a week ago for $1,599,900. I guess they were hoping for a bidding war that doesn’t seem to have happened because this house has now had a price increase…
