AND IT WENT FOR - 125 Torrens Avenue - PAPE VILLAGE, TORONTO

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 23 x 150 foot lot at 125 Torrens Avenue in Pape Village in Toronto.

It was definitely not the best looking house on the outside. So, why did the listing agent say this was a ‘hidden jem’? Because the inside had been completely renovated and it showed really well.

But with that curb appeal, who knew?

In 2019, it was listed at $799,900 and it sold for $850,000.

After the renovation, it was initially listed at the end of October for $1,829,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $1,499,000 a week later.

Again, it didn’t sell and it came back on the market 2 weeks ago for $1,199,000.

It sold 2 days ago…

For $1,675,000.

Wonder if they are going to do anything about the front.
