At the end of last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 2 parking spots.on a 21.67 x 110 foot lot at 25 Edgewood Crescent in Toronto.

It was a house that was attached to a a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 3 parking spots on a 21.67 x 104 foot at 23 Edgewood Crescent in Rosedale in Toronto that I posted in October 2020.

Both were fully renovated but I preferred the style of this house. And it had 1 more bedroom

The house at 23 Edgewood Crescent was listed at $2,750,000 in 2020 and sold for asking.

This house was listed a year and a half later for $2,485,000.

It sold…

For $2,905,000.
