AND IT WENT FOR - 171 Willow Avenue - BEACHES, TORONTO

Finally!!!

The first time I posted this house at 171 Willow Avenue in the Beaches in Toronto, it was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 24.92 x 118.5 foot lot and it looked like this…

It was listed at $779,000 and sold for $790,000. I thought it would be torn down but it wasn’t and 2 years later, it was back on the market for $979,000. It ultimately sold for $1,060,000.

It was rebuilt and was relisted in September 2019 as a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a third floor addition and a 1 car garage. The asking price was $2,890,000.

It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $2,399,999. Again, it didn’t sell and the price was increased to $2,749,000. Seven months later it was increased again to $2,999,900.

At the beginning of March, the price was changed again. This time, it was dropped to $2,499,000.

And this time the price change worked because this house has finally sold…

For $2,861,000.
