In April, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a 1 car garage on a 20.75 x 110 foot lot at 56 Lakeview Avenue in Dufferin Grove in Toronto.

It was a house that I initially posted when it looked like this…

It was listed at $749,900 and sold for $930,000. It was then renovated and back on the market 6 years later for $2,498,000. It sold after 2 months on the market for $2,430,000.

In April, it came on the market for $3,389,000.

It didn’t sell and in May, the price was increased to $3,500,000.

By the end of July, the price was dropped to $3,350,000.

A month ago, it sold…

For $3,150,000.
