I thought of the house at 30 Rosedale Road…
That I have posted several times in the past but most recently when it was rumoured that it had been purchased by Harry and Meghan (no comment on them but clearly that rumour was not true).

And then I went through more of the photos and it kind of gave me a 2 Castle Frank vibe…

This is a pretty amazing house. I am not sure if the lease comes with the furniture but if I were leasing this place, I would keep the furniture if I could.
But I think this place may be out of my price range. The asking price for this house is $35,000/month.
Sounds like a LOT, but if the house at 4 Douglas Drive could lease for $28,0000…
I don’t know why this couldn’t lease for more.
