PRICE DROP - 245 Lisgar Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO

In November, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17 x 100 foot lot at 245 Lisgar Street in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It was a house that I posted a few years ago when the dining room looked like this…

So, it’s the same table and light but I’m pretty sure this isn’t the same owner as when I originally posted it because it was was listed then for $1,989,000. It sold for $2,203,000. Perhaps it is just the same stager.

In November, it came on the market for $2,479,000. It hasn’t sold and the price was dropped 2 weeks ago…

To $2,297,000.
