AND IT WENT FOR - 24 Heathdale Road - HUMEWOOD, TORONTO
In October, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom with 3 parking spots on a 50 x 161.14 foot lot at 24 Heathdale Road in Humewood in Toronto.
It was a house that I hadn’t posted before but I did mention it in the post for the house at 6 Evergreen Gardens in Bennington Heights…
Because both houses were designed by the same architect.
And the second I saw the photos for this house on that website, I recognized this house from the Atom Egoyan film, 'Chloe', that was filmed in Toronto and also starred Julianne Moore, Liam Neeson, and Amanda Seyfriend.
I presumed that this was the first time it was on the market since it had been built.
The asking price was $6,649,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped in February to $6,495,000 and then again at the beginning of March to $5,999,000.
It has finally sold…
For $5,200,000.
