PRICE DROP #3 - 140 Harrison Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS, TORONTO

In January, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 115 foot lot at 140 Harrison Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

It has been completely redone and it came back on the market in November for $3,850,000. When I first posted it, it had just had its first price drop to $3,799,000. Then in February, there was another drop to $3,769,000.

Clearly that wasn’t enough because, unlike the neighbour at 115 Harrison that had a big drop and sold…

This house had too small of a drop and there has now been a third drop.

The new price for this house is now…

$3,499,000.
