AND IT WENT FOR - 220 Brunswick Avenue - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO

In April, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a 1 car garage on a 20.41 x 69.42 foot lot at 220 Brunswick Avenue in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It wasn’t a super exciting house from the outside other than the yellow door. But inside, it was full of colour.

Apparently, it was renovated by decorator Tiffany Pratt who has also decorated the restaurants, Piano Piano and former Cafe Cancan now Piccolo Piano, of the homes owners, Victor Barry and Nikki Leigh McKean.

It was listed at $1,749,000. Four days after I posted it, the price was dropped to $1,595,000.

It then came back on the market a month later at a price increase to $1,649,000.

I missed it but there was another drop to $1,595,000 in mid May then a big drop at the end of May to $1,389,000.

It sold a week later…

For $1,600,000.
