There are definitely many differences but they have a similar feel.
As for this house, I like the navy kitchen (or is it black?)but with every cabinet being navy as well as the island, it feels kind of heavy to me. That’s the only word that comes to mind. Perhaps if the cabinets above the stove and counter were painted white, it may lighten it up a bit. But that kind of changes the look.
Otherwise, overall, it is a really good house with lots of space, windows, storage, and high ceiling heights.
It was listed last week for $2,395,000.
It sold in 2 days…
For $2,900,000.
How many bids were there in the first 2 days!?!
