This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 23.42 x 95 foot lot has sold.
It was listed at $899,000 and sold for $890,000. I really didn't think it would sell for that much. I thought it would sell for closer $865,000. Especially because the semi down the street at 158 Pearson that could use some work but was more up to date just sold for $825,000.
It needs a lot of work and the lot isn't very deep. But with work it could be great. It's just located REALLY close to Roncesvalles. Too close.
It actually reminds me of the house at 67 Dewson in Dufferin Grove that I just posted that is listed at $1,050,000. But that house has a new kitchen and new bathrooms. And a full driveway.
PS. Does anyone know if the painting from the Casa Loma house at 18 Wells Hill is the same painter as the painting in this house?
