PRICE INCREASE - 80R Crescent Road - ROSEDALE
When I first posted this 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo/coach house at 80R Crescent Road in South Rosedale....
Even though this house was built and designed by a well known architect and designer..
When I saw the asking price of $3,495,000....
This was my reaction..
It was so ridiculously high that a month later, the price was down to $2,990,000 which was still too high.
In May, the price was dropped again to $2,590.000.
It didn't sell and just 2 weeks later, the price was increased to $2,690,000!!!
Guess what! No sale and another 2 weeks later, the price was dropped again to $2,590,000.
By September, the price was dropped again to $2,499,000.
And AGAIN in November to $2,399,000!!!
Basically this house has been listed forever without selling so when I saw it listed on MLS again this weekend, I assumed it was another price drop.
Then I took a closer look...
And......ummm.....
It's a price INCREASE.
The new price is $2,450,000.
