Two weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 15 x 123.67 foot lot at 140 First Avenue.

It was really only a 2+1 bedroom because the 3rd bedroom is really an open loft room above the second floor family room and from what I can see, there isn't really a bedroom in the basement. And there was only one bathroom.

It was listed at $1,049,000.

But I thought that between the house around the corner at 50 West Avenue...

And the one down the street at 72 First Avenue...

That this would be the first to sell.  It was.

As it turns out, this house sold the day before I posted it. It sold...

For $1,255,000.
