The Holly Hobby house at 143 Macpherson that was initially listed at $1,395,000 then dropped the price to $1,295,000 only to be re-listed with a new beige look at the end of April has sold.

The final list price was $1,195,000.

I thought it was still too high and would sell for $1,095,000.

It sold for asking.
