I love this comment from a reader about this house at 15 Beech that was listed back in July...

'I grew up in this house in the 60s/70s. The lot was bigger for the double-car garage. It was severed in the 80s to accommodate two new semis. My 2nd floor bedroom looked over the lake. My hippie parents had some scandalous parties at 15 Beech (as it's still known in the family). I was crushed when the family sold in 1976 (for 65K) and we moved to what was an essentially a dirt farm. I'm surprised the price isn't higher as it was on the market about 5 years ago for 2.5 mil.'

Though this house wasn't listed at 2.5 million, it was listed at $2,250,000 and it sold for asking in August.

Now, I wonder if the place at 412 Lake Front is every going to sell at $7,500,000!
