PRICE DROP - 48 Hawthorn Avenue - ROSEDALE

This 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 150 foot lot in South Rosedale has been for sale since November 2011.

It was listed at $3,495,000.  I mentioned that if that was my budget and I had to choose between this house at the house at 107 Park Road (which eventually sold for $2,710,000), it would definitely be this house.

It was dropped a couple of weeks later to $3,350,000.  Though I really like this house, I did feel like it was a little over priced and that perhaps $2,900,000 made more sense.  There are a few things that look like they could use changing.

In January 2012, I discovered that this house had been listed in April 2010 for $2,950,000 though I am not sure what it sold for.

Then in April 2012, it was listed again with a new agent for $3,380,000!!!!

Well, I have no idea WHAT is going on with this house but the price has dropped AGAIN!!!!

It is now listed at $3,150,000.

Did these people pay too much in 2010 and are adamant about getting their money back? 

Compared to the $3,850,000 5+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house at 92 South......

This is a clear winner and WAY better priced.
