I am trying to get new listings posted but these 'Relisted' houses keep coming up!!!!!

WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?!?!?!

Like 266 Douglas Drive in Rosedale... 

And 150 Langley Avenue in Riverdale...

And 43 Saintfield Avenue in the Bridle Path that actually closed and has been relisted for $580,000 more...

Or the house that I posted yesterday at 94 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill that also closed and is back on the market for $40,000 more than it sold for.....

And then the house I posted earlier today at 80 Laws Street that is back on the market for $40,000 more than it sold $699,900 for in February....

This 'S' house that sold in March for $1,0Seventy5,000 is back on the market.

Less than 2 months after selling, this house is now listed....

For $1,085,000.

For some reason, I am thinking of Elvis.
