Considering that a similar sized semi at 20 Metcalfe Street that sold for $940,000...

This house was listed at $899,000 (a little lower than it should have been).

It is a similar size though this is on a shorter lot but it is a tad wider. Both have parking and both need work. Each one is a little tired but could be amazing.

If the bookshelves were taking out of that living room and dining room, this place would be incredible. And how do they open the doors with those bookshelves!?! They would just sit open in the middle of the room!

But at least they didn't get rid of those doors. They are amazing!

Imagine if Uma Thurman's old NYC townhouse had those doors instead of these curtains...

There is something about that fireplace too that reminds me of Julianne Moore's old NYC townhouse that I mentioned in the post at 305 Wellesley Street East....
