14 Mackenzie Crescent - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 28.33 x 82 foot lot in Beaconsfield Village.
It is located 2 doors down from the smaller semi with the kitchen backsplash that I loved (and I don't like a lot of backsplash) at 20 Mackenzie Crescent.
That house was done and listed at $779,000. It sold for $836,000.
It is also located across the street from the larger gutter at 5 1/2 Mackenzie that sold for $1,055,000 and across the street from the narrower 3 bedroom house at 9 Mackenzie Crescent that was flipped and listed at $1,299,000. It sold for $1,299,000.
This house needs a LOT of work, and a lot of decluttering...
But it is a great opportunity to get a detached house on a large lot in this neighbourhood....if you are okay with no parking.
This house is listed at $859,000.
It needs a top to bottom reno but it is a detached house that could be 4 bedrooms in a good neighbourhood.
Could it sell for $1.3 million once it is done? Probably. Probably more. Though that parking could be a problem.
It think this house will sell fast and maybe just above asking. Perhaps somewhere around $875,000.
Maybe $884,000 if they will throw in that fridge in the front hall.
Actually, on second thought, if this doesn't have serious structural issue, I'm thinking this is going closer to $950,000.
(thanks to J for sending in the listing!)
