This is a 7+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 108 x 184 foot lot at 50 Burton Road in Forest Hill...

And it has been listed forever.

This house was first listed in February 2011 at $7,500,000.

A year later, it was dropped to $6,695,000.  I first posted it in August 2012 when the asking price had been sitting at $7,500,000 since May 2012.

It needed a lot of updating.  I thought it was more of a mid to high 5s house...maybe low 6s.

It didn't sell and by July 2014, the price was dropped down to $7,195,000.

Then in May of this year, they raised it again to $7,588,000.

It's now back down...
