AND IT WENT FOR - 59R Admiral Road - ANNEX

When I first posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom coach house with 2 parking spaces on a 40 x 60 foot lot at 59A Admiral Road at the beginning of October, I loved it.

I wasn't crazy about the super dark floors, the kitchen addition at the front, the microwave above the stove, the kitchen counter, the tile in the bathrooms, the bathroom vanities, or the stairs that were on an angle...

But there was just something about it.

It was listed at $1,595,000.

I thought, becuase of the location, and that someone else would probably love it that it would sell closer to $1,850,000.

A week later, it apparently sold for $1,595,000 but it was back on the market basically within a day.

Last week, it had a price drop to $1,495,000.

It sold the day after I posted it...

For $1,475,000.
